Designing for Diversity is the Department of Health and Human Service’s reform or service design process. This framework comprises an approach and suite of resources to highlight diversity considerations and identify gaps in the design process where diversity may not have been adequately addressed. The resources are intended for departmental policy and service designers. However, other staff or agencies may wish to use the resources to inform their own policies or services.
